You can be confident that your purchase is backed by the Serta Quality Assurance Program, one of the most stringent and rigorously enforced product quality programs in the home furnishings industry.
Because we strongly believe in the quality design and craftsmanship of our products, your sleep set is warranted against manufacturing defect in workmanship and material (excluding covers) as stated on the law tag (see warranty schedule). If you observe a defect, please contact the Serta retailer from which you purchased your sleep set, and they will assist you with any warranty questions. If you have moved or the store has closed, please call (888) 63-SERTA or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must provide the original receipt and be the original purchasing consumer within the duration of your warranty. Your Serta mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at our option) with charges, as shown on the Serta Warranty schedule. The consumer will be responsible for transportation costs.
