Mattress Direct Store Policy
 

Check Acceptance
No temporary checks will be accepted.  Checks accepted with valid ID, DOB, work number and one additional telephone number.  A twenty five dollar charge will be added for any checks returned non-sufficient funds (NSF).
 
Credit Card Acceptance
American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and most Debit cards are accepted.  Credit card signature must match the cardholder's name appearing on the card, if not, approval by phone of cardholder must be obtained along with valid ID of person using the card. Verification of signatures on back of card or driver's license is required.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of non-special order non delivered merchandise can be refunded as a store credit, for up to 7 days.  There will be no cancellations accepted after 7 days.  Merchandise in original factory sealed packaging may be returned for store credit only.  A copy of receipt must be present at time of cancellation or return.

Comfort Guarantee          
All new Serta Mattresses will have a forty-five (45) day
* Protect-A-Bed stain protector must be purchased from Mattress Direct / America's Mattress at time of purchase and must appear on the same invoice as mattress.
* Comfort exchange claim must be made 40 to 45 days from purchase date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Comfort exchange applies to a Perfect Sleeper or above mattress only.
* 90% of the original purchase price of mattress will be applied toward the purchase of a single mattress of equal or greater value at the new mattress' current sale price.
* A $49.99 re-delivery fee applies to all comfort exchanges.
* Comfort Guarantee applies only to the original mattress purchase.
* Mattress must remain in "like new" condition.  Stains or abuse will void comfort exchange option.
* Floor models, special orders, special sizes, closeouts, and "as is" merchandise are not eligible for comfort exchange.
* No Refunds

Warranties
Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer's warranty.  Any defect must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturers warranty.  The Manufacturers representative must determine whether the product has a structural defect and is therefore under warranty.  Mattress Direct does not have the authority to circumvent the manufacturers decision.  A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for all warranties.  The manufacturer does not provide for delivery service.  Re-delivery for a warranty exchange is additional.


Layaway Policy
No Refunds on layaways after 14 days. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit. No layaways on closeouts or promotional bedding.


Special Promotions, Sales and Coupons

Any Promotion, coupons or special sales discounts do not apply to previously purchased items.  All Sales are final at time of purchase.  No refunds.


Special Order & Adjustable Beds
Mattress Direct will be happy to special order products for you.  All special orders require a 50% deposit before ordering.  There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on any special orders or adjustable beds.  All deposits placed on special order items are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

 
Closeouts, Clearance, & "As Is" Merchandise
All sales are final, No refunds, No exceptions. No Comfort Guarantee.

Acceptance of Merchandise
Signing for merchandise indicates that the merchandise has been examined and was found to be in acceptable condition.  Mattress Direct is not responsible for any damage which may occur to customer's personal property upon delivery.

Exchanges are only applicable to standard size mattresses (King, Queen, Full and Twin). There will be no exchanges on Mattresses purchased without an approved foundation. To process any comfort exchanges please contact us at info@mdserta.com

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your purchase within 3 days of purchase. There will be a 15% cancellation fee on all cancelled products. There will be no cancellations after 3 days.

Refusal of Merchandise - If you refuse your mattress at time of delivery for any reason, you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
