Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of non-special order non delivered merchandise can only be refunded as a store credit, for up to 7 days. There will be NO cancellations accepted after 7 days. Merchandise must be in original factory sealed packaging to be returned for store credit. A copy of receipt must be present at time of cancellation or return.
Mattress Direct is happy to pass along any manufacturers’ comfort guarantee offered on premium mattress purchases . Mattress protection must be purchased on the same invoice. No refunds. 85% of original purchase can be used toward a single mattress of equal or greater value. Applies to mattress only. No comfort guarantee on special sizes. A redelivery fee of $79.99 will be charged.
Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any defect must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturers warranty. The Manufacturers representative must determine whether the product has a structural defect and is therefore under warranty. Mattress Direct does not have the authority to circumvent the manufacturer’s decision. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for all warranties. The manufacturer does not provide for delivery service. Re-delivery for a warranty exchange is additional.
A 20% deposit and monthly payment activity is required on all layaways. Layaway must be paid out within six (6) months. No Refunds on layaways after 14 days. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit. No layaways on special sizes, closeouts or promotional bedding.
Special Promotions, Sales and Coupons
Any Promotion, coupons or special sales discounts do not apply to previously purchased items. All Sales are final at time of purchase. No refunds.
There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on any adjustable beds. All deposits placed on Adjustable beds items are not refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Special sizes include but are not limited to Full, FXL, Split Queen, Split King and California King. Once products are delivered we can supply a Customer Service number for any issues that might arise. Any issues can be fixed from the comfort of your home.
Mattress Direct will be happy to special order products for you. All special orders require a 50% deposit before ordering. There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on any special orders. All deposits placed on special order items are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Special sizes include but are not limited to TXL, FXL, Split Queen, Split King and California King.
Closeouts, Clearance, & “As Is” Merchandise
All sales are final, No refunds, No Comfort Guarantee, No exceptions.
Acceptance of Merchandise
Signing for merchandise indicates that the merchandise has been examined and was found to be in acceptable condition. Mattress Direct is not responsible for any damage which may occur to customer’s personal property upon delivery.
